My name is Paul Lieberman, some of you may know me, for those who don’t here is a little bit about my story. I started 30 years ago, in the trenches, selling face to face, door to door in NYC, for Dun and Bradstreet, selling Yellow Page ads. I have sold just about everything, including Ice to Eskimos LOL!!

I moved to Florida 15 years ago, and I have been selling insurance ever since. I started selling Discount Plans, very quickly, I got my License, and started selling under 65 insurance products. Most of you probably have heard what that is like down here in South Florida call centers. I really couldn’t sleep at night, with the products that these call centers offered and the way they were training me to sell.

I met Tom Hickerson in 2015, he ran a Lead Generation Company. One day he began telling me, how most of his client’s often had trouble renewing their marketing budget, but his client’s that sold Medicare always came back. We talked about, how it was to work in an under 65 Call Center, the good, the bad, and the ugly. It was at that moment we started to talk about, what it would look like, to bring some “integrity, and transparency, and the ability to deliver everything on a silver platter, to our agents.” We locked ourselves in a tiny little room and began our mission.

A year later, we had created, a complete formula of sales scripts, rebuttals, contracts, pay structures and lead generation that allowed us to build a large set of downlines, that consisted of a lot of ex bosses, and people I knew from jumping from one Call Center, to the next. We had to learn Medicare fast, and be able to teach, and educate these agents on how to succeed. Within the first year one of our agencies was already submitting 100 deals a week! That’s when we knew we really had something.We rolled this program out to several other groups, all with similar success.

We created a system of training, using tools that we had developed along the way. We have coupled that, with teaching a way of being authentic and building trust and credibility with the client that sets us apart from the hundreds of other agents out there.We have taken this training around the country, increasing agencies sales, sometimes by 2 - 3 times.

Tom and I have been delivering success to our own agents, as well as countless downlines, and agencies around the country. Between our internal agents, and our downlines, we are submitting nearly 300 deals a week. We believe in helping the agent succeed, the right way.
