Joanna Wyckoff is a former Social Security Administration employee who served the American public for over 9 years. She specialized in claims and assisted in fraud development. As part of her assignments, she educated and processed Medicare enrollments for Initial, Special, and General Enrollment Periods. She also processed reinstatements and payment issues. While employed with SSA, Joanna completed both her BS in Professional Aeronautics and Masters in Project Management with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Her goal was to become self employed as a project manager. Little would she expect that in 2016, she'd find her way into insurance instead and in 2017, Medicare. Once she started Medicare sales, she found that her knowledge from years at SSA created a unique opportunity for her to educate more seniors than ever before on their health insurance options. Today, she serves as the Director of Agent Development with Nationcare Insurance Services and not only continues to serve customers but train agents nationally.
