Joe began his career in financial services in 1997 and eventually accepted a position with American Express in New York as a financial advisor in 1999 where he enjoyed nearly a decade long career helping families plan for their future. He participated in the largest spinoff in United States history when Amex spun off Ameriprise Financial. At the end of his first year he was ranked #2 in the entire nation in overall production for first year advisors.

He felt a void in his life so he decided to leave everything behind in New York, he sold his practice, and relocated to South Florida in 2008. After a hiatus from finance and insurance, he came back into the industry and after a couple of years being an independent financial consultant, by accident he stumbled into the Medicare industry as many of his clients were asking for help with their plans. He quickly learned the ins and outs of Medicare and after spending nearly a year in the field decided he could reach more people working remotely and started to branch into new states.

He built the foundation of his clientele exclusively through internet lead generation and over the years experienced a roller coaster ride of ups and downs due to unethical agents and bad partnerships. In 2015 he re-emerged and spent the next 2 years re-defining his business models. In 2017 his wife Ashley (while pregnant with their son) became an agent to help manage the back end of the agency and rebrand the organization. As a result of his Medicare residuals, he was able to step back from personal production and enter the social media platform to meet and work with agents and agencies around the country helping them become better agents.

Joe created the Facebook group Senior Market Insurance Experts on 12/31/2017 and his wife Ashley became their very first Facebook group member! The goal at the time was to grow a consumer focus Facebook page, however after watching the success of a handful of other Facebook groups, Joe decided to turn the focus into a knowledge based forum for agents wanting to focus in the senior market. The goal is to deliver real and valuable content hoping to engage other agents and attract agents that want to be part of our team.

His true value that he brings to the table is more than 2 decades of high-level sales skills, product knowledge, lead generation, and efficiency system selling. He always has and always will place the prospect/client above all and knows deep down inside that the knowledge and understanding he has, when shared with a prospect, is paramount and high level allowing the prospect to make an informed and educated decision.

Joe possess a certain set of skills that are required to having a successful and fruitful career as an agent, especially an agent interested in selling insurance products over the telephone. He believes he can teach these skills to a willing learner and coupled with their work ethic; the willing learner can become an awesome agent.
